Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Tax Analyst to join a large oil and gas trading organization in Downtown Houston. This role will be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week. The Regulatory Tax Analyst is responsible for oil and gas severance taxes, unclaimed property reports, and 1099 generation. The role requires prior knowledge of tax severance, amendments, and regulation experience with government entities. High level of internal and external communication is key for success in this position. Problem solving along with outside the box thinking. This role has a high level of data analytics and report generation, running through Microsoft Access.
