Position Overview:
Our Siemens Mobility Customer Service business seeks to hire a Regulatory & Training Program Lead to develop an extensive training program focusing on equipment familiarization, QMP, and various facility equipment training. The Brightline project currently consists of 10 Siemens Venture Trainsets. The goal for the Regulatory & Training Program Lead is to ensure all employees are appropriately trained on inspections and repairs and working safely. These Trainsets operate daily from Orlando to Miami.
You will be a direct report to the Maintenance Manager and responsible for developing and implementing a training program based on CFR 243 and assure EHS compliance.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Continue developing training programs in various railroad maintenance.Train employees to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial vehicles.Aid the Assistant Managers with Hours-of-Service training and record-keeping for all train service engineers and employees performing cab signal testing.Collaborate with local emergency response ensuring that there is site preparedness for any crisis. Encourage employee participation through energy and passion for workplace safety experience.Train safety conscience employees who are responsible for the safe mechanical operation of passenger rail equipment,Foster interpersonal relationships based on our values of openness, respect, and trust.To thrive in this role, you have:
High School Diploma/GED. Experience managing training of employees. Experience working in rail/railroad industry. Knowledge of and experience with of the Code of Federal Regulations. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with people at all levels within the organization, customer, and community. Strong leadership skills. Setting you apart from others would be 8 years of training experience with knowledge of Siemens railroad equipment, specifically Charger locomotives and Siemens coaches. Also, knowledge of and experience with training in EHS, Safety, and OSHA would be a plus and OSHA 30 certification would be great.Why you'll love working for Siemens!

The base salary range for this position in Orlando, FL is $109,100 - $147,200 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual salary/wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
