Experience Ideal incumbent will have direct patient care experience preferably with frail elderly/geriatric population, will maintain active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, or have completed approved vocational-technical program. The Rehab/Restorative Tech assists the rehab and activities team with treatment and care according to state, federal, professional, and PACE guidelines.  In addition, the position:

Requires effective communication skills for working with participants, families, caregivers, and team members. Requires competency in assisting with delegated treatment, activities, and care of participants. Performs tasks as delegated by and supervised by licensed therapists and facilitates/leads group activities in conjunction with activity coordinator. Supports an environment and culture that enables the PACE enter to fulfill its mission by helping to provide participant safety and participant-centered treatment or activities. Maintains open and on-going communication with coworkers and supervisors. Participates in team meetings an completes daily documentation/care plans per PACE guidelines.
