**Description:**
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Rehabilitation Aide participates in performance improvement and supports program development activities, which includes providing input into the budgetary planning process, contributing to cost effectiveness of services and maintaining positive relations with all customers.
The Rehabilitation Aide will also participate in special department/clinic functions as assigned by Site Leadership.
**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**
1. Must be a high school graduate.
2. Must have strong customer service skills.
**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**
1. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and talk or hear.
2. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
3. Occasionally required to taste or smell.
4. Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds unassisted.
5. Vision abilities required are close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
