Recovre’s Rehabilitation Consultants are the experts at intervention and their impeccable influencing skills empower clients to be the hero of their own story. They do what it takes to help clients to be safe, healthy, and productive at work.
This is a diverse role where you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while providing occupational rehabilitation services and psychological treatment to clients with a range of conditions and outcome goals. You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals, backed by the resources of a global corporate infrastructure.

Build trust and collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to enhance return-to-work outcomesApply your clinical knowledge to identify and address barriers to recovery, ensuring safe and sustainable reintegration into the workplaceManage a diverse caseload, providing personalised support for individuals recovering from physical and psychological injuriesConduct comprehensive assessments and deliver impactful vocational counselling, fostering holistic well-being initiativesCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and treatment providers to achieve optimal recovery outcomes for clientsWhat you need to have:
Minimum of Provisional Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a PsychologistStrong clinical knowledge of pathologies and excellent communication skills to build relationshipsProven time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamA proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to innovate and achieve resultsEnergy and drive to grow our services and customer networksWhat makes you stand out:
