What you will do in this role:
Performs accurate, comprehensive patient evaluations and treatmentsProvides training, direction and guidance for subordinate rehab staffWrites accurate, complete and clear documentationEnsures the timely evaluation and treatment of patients in the most effective and efficient manner possibleOversees risk management operations for the Rehab department in the facilityConducts in-service programs and trains Rehab/facility staffDemonstrates appropriate utilization of resources including billing accurately for services providedPerforms other tasks as assignedQualificationsDegree in rehabilitation, healthcare or a related field required1-3 years experience in rehabilitation or in a long-term care setting preferredValid and current Occupational Therapy license or equivalent, in the state(s) where services are renderedCurrent CPR certification, if required. Current driver’s license, if required by facility
