As a rehabilitation specialist, you will be responsible for care management, case management and utilization review of behavioral health. 


Primary Responsibilities:

Works closely with the therapist to establish a behavioral health plan for the client Provides care management services through review and evaluation of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health treatments Supports client in learning and practicing basic living skills to become more independent and productive on a daily basis

Required Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent experience Experience with case management or other mental health related experience Proven solid verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with couples and family counseling Experience with children or adolescents
