In this role, you will assist staff with daily tasks, maintain equipment, ensure compliance with care standards, and provide excellent customer service while consistently monitoring and implementing quality initiatives.

Schedule - Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm, Occasional Weekends if needed
How you will make an impact
Ensuring the resident care policies and procedures are followed in compliance with applicable quality of care standards.Assisting clinical rehabilitation staff with the preparation of treatment area, customer transport (ambulatory or wheelchair) to and from the Rehab department. Assisting with patient treatment only under the approved supervisory rules and regulations pertaining to each discipline.Maintaining the cleaning, maintenance, and inventory of all Rehab equipment.Scheduling rehabilitation appointments.Consistently and appropriately responding to the needs and concerns of residents, families, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner.What you will need
CPR Certification Minimum of 1 year of related experience; experience working with geriatrics preferredDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
