We’re looking for talented professionals to join our Team at UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center — named a Top Workplace in the Baltimore area by the Baltimore Sun in 2019.
Under moderate direct supervision of the licensed professional therapist and or department managers, the Rehab Tech performs designated tasks related to the operation of the rehab department and to assist with the patient/resident related activities which are predetermined for each patient/resident and assigned by the licensed therapist (PT /OT/SP/CP). The Rehab Tech is a multi-skilled, non-licensed individual who provides a wide variety of clinical tasks/procedures for the patient/resident as a member of the Patient Care Team. Communication with the Patient Care Team is pivotal to their role, to assist with appropriate progression of the patient/resident’s plan of care. Clients served include all age groups (infant through adult-geriatric).

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of patient care experience, preferredCurrent BLS certification required or obtained prior to providing direct patient care. Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
