Description:

Mt Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Rehabilitation Tech to join our mission-driven Inpatient Rehabilitation Team.

Rehab Technician assists the Therapists with direct patient care activities utilizing rehabilitation techniques and coordinates non-clinical activities and support functions for the Rehab team.

What will you do: 

Assists therapists with patient care of patients of all ages including ADL, exercise, and functional mobility activities and modalities Performs various duties to maintain safe and efficient operation of department.Performs hydrotherapy functions and caring for patients in hydro.General clerical and front desk support.Communicates with ancillary departments, clients and family members to ensure customer satisfaction

​Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent, with general knowledge of sciences, medical terminologyPrior healthcare or patient service preferred.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Excellent Customer Service Skills and demonstrated simple math skills.
