Job Description * Develop, implement, and monitor campus environmental and safety programs, systems, procedures, and training in Sanitation. * Inspects, investigates incidents and complaints, and invokes corrective action as needed. * Routinely inspects all campus food facilities and special events for compliance with sanitation regulations. includes events hosted by student organizations, Intercollegiate Athletics events with food concessions, and entertainment venues operated by Cal Performances. * Develops effective methods for gathering information on epidemiological issues.
