Our client is seeking a Reimbursement Associate to join their team. As a Reimbursement Associate, you will be part of the Patient Services department supporting various healthcare teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Reimbursement Associate
**Location:** Irving, TX
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage an assigned territory focused on supporting reimbursement and patient services.
+ Assist with patient reimbursement challenges including Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Claims Assistance, and Appeals.
+ Educate healthcare offices on the payer landscape and available services through both remote interaction and on-site training.
+ Build and maintain relationships with physician offices and manufacturer representatives to effectively deliver services.
+ Coordinate site visits, manufacturer trainings, and educational training venues while ensuring all customer needs are met.
**What's Needed?**
+ Solid working knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance plans and benefit structures.
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong project management and account coordination skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Willingness to travel as required by the position.
