Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate to join John Deere as a Reimbursement Processor II on their growing team in Moline, IL! This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday, allowing for flexibility while being part of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Process daily reimbursement transactions received from channel partners efficiently. Handle product tracking records, warranty claims, and Product Improvement Program (PIP) claims. Ensure equitable and timely reimbursement to channel partners while safeguarding company assets. Utilize your knowledge and experience to make informed decisions on complex machines and issues. Process financial (debit and credit) transactions between channel partners and inter-company departments accurately and promptly. Assist company personnel and channel partners in navigating warranty systems and address warranty or PIP-related inquiries. Manage reimbursement administration requests from channel partners, field representatives, marketing units, and factories. Requirements Education/Experience: Preferred: At least a 2-year Associate's Degree (but not required). Background in claims processing or call center roles is beneficial. Soft Skills: Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think on your feet. Exceptional attention to detail. Team player with excellent collaboration abilities. Outstanding communication skills.
