Location: + Schaumburg, IL (100% on-site) Description -The Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for supporting clients who have contracted for Reimbursement Services. -This is a client facing role that requires the candidate to work closely with Integration Services, Account Management and Sales to successfully support implementation of the Reimbursement Program for new clients and support them through the lifecycle of the program. -The Reimbursement Specialist will build and manage relationships acting as the conduit and advocate executing transactions on behalf of our clients. As a key member of Reimbursement Operations, the Reimbursement Specialist will participate in defining, executing, and initiating activities to assure an exceptional client experience. -This position will be responsible for the day-to-day activity of a diverse portfolio of clients. -The Specialist will participate in Client meetings, planning, and leading action register initiatives and projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications -High school diploma -Min of 4 years of customer service experience in a high volume setting -Salesforce exp. -Basic excel experience -Excellent communication skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
