About the team
Aon is currently recruiting a Reinsurance Admin Support to join our team, you will support the Binding Authority Team located in London. The end Clients are third party Managing General Agents who can be located throughout the globe.

What the day will look like
As a Reinsurance Admin Support, you will support the Binding Authority Team in the UK. You will collaborate with various colleagues across the UK and EMEA Reinsurance teams. Your key responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:
+ Working closely and promptly acting on requests from stakeholders with urgency and accuracy
+ Providing quality service and ensure files and data quality, timely responses and communication with parties involved
+ Supporting the business team to ensure documentation is processed on a complete, accurate and timely manner in accordance with Aon standards
+ Updating appropriate documentation and systems as requested
+ Splitting of data from original monthly bordereaux to assist in Aon’s rigourous sanction checking procedure
+ Loading Contracts onto the Lloyd’s Delegated Contract and Oversight Manager (DCOM) system and adding Endorsements as applicable
+ Uploading data to a SharePoint site on a Quarterly basis for an FCA Income monitoring report
+ Loading of Contracts and creating risks within the Next Generation Placing Platform Limited (PPL)
+ Ad-hoc reporting from Aon’s GRIDS system and creation of Excel reports;
+ EMEA TOBA tracker coordination and collating data to facilitate reporting for various purposes
+ Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
+ Transitioning a processing scope into Krakow Reinsurance Support Team
