Responsibilities The Relationship Advisor II (RA) manages a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing clients, focusing on client onboarding, servicing and proactive solutioning. A key member of Relationship Management, the RA II plays an integral role in the client experience, assisting with deposit activity and daily cash management needs. Key responsibilities include: New Client Onboarding & Servicing Collaborate with the relationship team, to support the client onboarding journey. Ensure timely resolution of inbound inquiries. Client Advisory Partner with Relationship Manager to advise clients on risk mitigation strategies, particularly in combating money laundering and fraud. Proactively identify opportunities to meet client needs based on their industry and life stage, conducting proactive touchpoints in collaboration with Relationship Managers. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services industry or customer service, or High School/GED with 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred Skills Client service experience and/or client support in financial services and/or related products. Understanding of Private Equity and Venture Capital terms and the lifecycle of funds. Familiarity with commercial banking products, particularly in treasury, cash, and investment management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in succession. Excellent communication skills. Critical thinking abilities. Collaborative approach. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $62000-90000 annually.
