Relationship Manager C&I Lending
**Job Description** **Job Summary:** The C&I Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking, is responsible for developing new/enhanced business relationships with Middle Market companies (Sales of $10-300MM) within their respective geographic territories. This includes loan generation, deposit activities, and fee income, all contributing to the overall financial performance of the Department. This position reports directly to the corresponding Regional President, Commercial Banking. **Primary Functions of the Position:** + Produces growth in loans, deposits, and fee income that is in line with annual goals + Develops and executes marketing strategies to generate maximum financial results + Coordinates productive internal interactions with Loan/Deposit Operations, Legal, Credit, Compliance + Coordinates joint marketing efforts with Treasury Management, Equipment Finance and Private Banking + Maintains an active calling program with Clients, Prospects and Intermediaries + Effective usage of marketing tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) + Manages the credit approval process, together with Credit Portfolio Managers + Risk Management focus, particularly early detection of weakening credits **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance-related field + Minimum 7 years of Financial/Banking experience + Previous Commercial Banking experience within the corresponding geographic locations **Essential Skills and Abilities:** + Strong leadership and communication skills + Strong analytical acumen + Excellent problem-solving skills + Strategic planning capabilities + Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills + Ability to effectively market the Bank’s products and services **Education** **Work Experience** **Certifications** **Travel** **Workstyle** Resident At Raymond James our associates use five guiding behaviors (Develop, Collaborate, Decide, Deliver, Improve) to deliver on the firm's core values of client-first, integrity, independence and a conservative, long-term view.
