RELATIONSHIP MANAGER DEPOSITS ENTERTAINMENT WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Deposits Relationship Manager develops and manages deposit relationships within the Entertainment Banking Division. This key position is responsible for actively meeting with both existing clients and prospective clients to present a variety of product solutions and is responsible for continued profitable growth of the assigned portfolio through active calling efforts, excellent service and referral opportunities. Identifies and promotes solutions for client needs, maintains an active calling program, and is an instrumental liaison with other internal departments providing operational excellence and responsive exemplary service to clients. TMust be in good standing under "The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008" (Safe Act) and must be registered/licensed with the "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry"; or must be able to be registered under the Safe Act. Must remain in good standing under the Safe Act What you will do Focus on developing New Deposit Relationships, preparing Relationship Plan, and calling on clients and prospects. Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and develop a network of referral and center of influence resource in alignment with the strategic business development program. Call on existing and prospective clients to discuss and promote Bank products and services in order to establish a comprehensive client banking relationship. Is able to discuss opportunities and general business conditions at the highest level. May assist in forecasting clients’ credit and other banking needs and develop solutions to exceed their financial expectations. Develop strong partnerships with internal product specialists as necessary. Negotiate transactions; prices depository products and services to ensure profitability to CNB. Ensure conformance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements. Exercise sound credit and risk judgment in approving transactions. Ensures the quality of all business introduced to the Bank. Represent the Bank by actively participating in outside civic and community associations, business and industry-related organizations, and other professional activities as appropriate. Interface and partner with other Bank departments as necessary. Define responsibilities and coordinates objectives for all product areas in a relationship or transaction. Resolve all client needs and any internal issues. Monitor and analyze highly complex relationship results and deposit account activities. Skilled use of account analysis in order to determine client profitability and makes recommendations for further development or sublimation of accounts. Skilled in use of Salesforce for client monitoring and development. Uses Salesforce data to identify conditional prospects and relationship expansion. Coordinate with various departments, working with the appropriate staff departments to resolve issues. Skilled use and knowledge of products, practices, rates and changes in market conditions. Portfolio may contain numerous accounts requiring extensive operational expertise to manage workflow to match client needs, risk control and maximize cross selling potential Must-Have* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent RM Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management of Deposits based clients/portfolio in a financial services company RM Minimum 2 years of product sales and new business development in a financial services company Skills and Knowledge Solid understanding of all CNB products and services applicable to target client segment. Solid knowledge of Entertainment Banking policies and procedures, and Bank operations & operating policies and procedures. Effective sales and marketing abilities. Capable of working well independently and in teams. Has the ability to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercises appropriate level of authority commensurate with experience and responsibility. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Compensation Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
