We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our ever-evolving EMEA Enterprise team based in Paris, France to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Our Commercial team creates value for businesses of every size and industry – from globally recognized brands to new start-ups. They seek out new opportunities to unleash the potential of our new and existing customers.

What you’ll own

Works to achieve assigned annual sales quota across a multiple vertical strategyWork closely to support new business FunctionManage relationships with enterprise customers across multiple verticals including Finance, Retail, Digital, etc.Manages, plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and customer satisfactionNegotiates terms and conditions of Worldpay contracts with client and ensures terms are within Worldpay standards.Acts as primary liaison between client and Worldpay and understands client needs including financial expectations and restrictions.Develops and executes account plans to maintain relationships and ensure continued revenue growth from account base and holds quarterly reviews to promote Worldpay’s solutions with customersEnsure all customers are in contract and renegotiated in a timely mannerPrepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing Worldpay resources and tools. Obtaining sales management approval for proposal generation using the relevant sales policies.Ensures accurate forecasting and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information in the relevant Management Systems.Listens and escalates concerns of customers with regards to current products/services.Demonstrates product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive intelligence.Other related duties assigned as needed.Within client organizations, builds network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintains knowledge of products and services utilized.Take control of own learning development e.g. We Learn, sourcing information on Worldpay’s solutions and products and attending external events to build industry knowledge

What you bring

Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and FrenchA deep understanding of payments, technology and the business landscape ideally, but as a minimum must have proven track record of Account management at Enterprise level.Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form via presentation in a clear, concise and professional manner appropriate to audience including executive levelsRequires solid decision-making and problem solving skillsAnalytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirementsAbility to remain calm under various levels of pressureAbility to show established track record of involvement in industry trade groups preferredRequires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and publicBe within commutable distance to the office in Paris
