Lexus Relationship Marketing Analyst (JL15)
What we’re looking for
The Lexus Guest Experience team is looking for a creative, proactive, and highly motivated candidate to fulfill the Relationship Marketing Analyst role. This position primarily focuses on improving the Lexus guest experience by thoroughly understanding the customer journey (Shop, Buy, Own, Transition) to implement unique programs and/or touchpoints to increase engagement throughout the ownership lifecycle. The Relationship Marketing Analyst is responsible for ideating new tactics to increase brand engagement, vehicle awareness and consideration, guest retention, and new vehicle market share while exceeding the expectations of the ‘new guest.’
What you’ll be doing
Monitoring and enhancing Lexus New Car Welcome Lifecycle Communications to provide guests with a class-leading transition from sales to service.Ideating on innovative experimental service marketing initiatives to increase service retention, service market share, and drive parts and accessories sales.Ensuring all programs and initiatives are transitioning the guest relationship into long-term brand loyalty.Working closely with the Lexus Guest Experience team to understand the true voice of the guest and how our programs/initiatives need to evolve to meet the needs of our ‘new guest.’Collaborating with Lexus Advertising and Product Marketing teams to develop assets supporting campaigns and new vehicle launches.Leveraging data-driven insights and innovative strategies to foster brand loyalty and empower guests to fully maximize the benefits of their ownership.Managing and creating content for the Lexus Vision Newsletter which brings awareness to Lexus owners about their ownership benefits, brand activities, vehicle highlights, and more.Collaborating with agencies and internal analytics teams to launch, monitor and track asset performance and communicate Fixed Ops Tier 2 media spend ROI.Managing all LexusCare marketing efforts and ideating new ways to increase awareness, educate in-market shoppers, owners, and dealers.Coordinating independently with Lexus HQ departments (including but not limited to Advertising and LDA, Lexus Product Marketing, Lexus College, Public Relations, IT, Dealer Digital, Lexus Areas, and the Toyota Division).Supporting Lexus Area DSPM MeetingsBudget management and expense trackingWhat you bring
Bachelor’s degree required.Marketing and/or advertising experienceExcellent oral and written communication (including A3) skills, with demonstrated collaboration and relationship management experience.Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Passion for digital marketing with an understanding of social media platforms.Ability to travel independently as required for Area, dealership, and industry events.Ability to develop creative solutions with little supervision and establish cross-organizational relationships to effectively gather necessary information to perform role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to create reports, graphs, charts and project timelines.Added Bonus if you Have:
