You’ll make an impact by: Coordinating release deployments and cutover activities, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.Shaping the release strategy in collaboration with the team, focusing on ensuring compatibility across release deliverables.Planning and securing successful release go-lives by adhering to timelines, quality standards, and audit requirements, including delivering management presentations.Leading agile planning and progress-monitoring events to keep the team aligned and on track.Acting as the "Guardian" of release management practices, evolving workflows to meet the changing needs of the program.Overseeing the documentation and delivery of training on release management methodologies and tools.
This is how you'll win us over:Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related fieldExperience & Skills:Expertise in Release/ Project Management in large Scale SAP or comparable technology programsLong-term experience with software logistics (SAP Transport Management) concepts and tools as well as SAP roll out management experienceLong-term experience in agile practices like Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework SAFeWays of working: analytical, problem-solving attitude with strong decision-making abilities and a growth mindset combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLanguages: business proficiency in German and English
