Release of Information Specalist
Description We are in the healthcare industry, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. The role is based in Henderson, Las Vegas and the job title is Release of Information Specalist. This role is integral to our team, focusing on customer application processing, customer record maintenance, customer inquiry resolution, and customer account monitoring. Responsibilities: • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation • Utilize skills such as video communication, knowledge of HealthCare.gov, and R Code • Work with offshore teams when necessary • Understand and navigate TRICARE and NIS systems effectively.
