Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Release of Information Specialist for Henderson, NV. This role sits within the healthcare industry and is primarily focused on administrative coordination tasks that will significantly contribute to our team's efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process customer credit applications to ensure smooth business operations • Keep track of customer credit records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, providing high-quality service and support • Monitor customer accounts and act appropriately based on account status • Utilize video communication tools for conducting meetings and discussions • Apply knowledge of healthcare.gov policies and procedures where necessary • Utilize R coding skills for various administrative tasks • Collaborate with offshore teams when required, ensuring effective communication and workflow • Understand and apply TRICARE policies when dealing with relevant customer accounts • Use NIS for various administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in video production and editing tools. • Familiarity with the HealthCare.gov platform, particularly with regards to insurance plans and eligibility. • Proficiency in R Code, with the ability to manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data. • Experience in offshore operations, with a focus on healthcare services. • Comprehensive knowledge of TRICARE health program and its benefits. • Proficient in the use of the NIS (Network Information System), with an understanding of its application in healthcare settings.
