Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create products, systems, services, or technologies for ABB’s business units. Each day, you will facilitate the end-to-end execution of one or more Research and Development projects. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Division In Bangalore .You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDrive integrated planning and execution across organizational functions, including PPM, PMO, R&D, and Operations.•\tCollaborate with other Release Owners to manage cross-stream dependencies.•\tEnsure regular and transparent communication and status updates to the SteCo and other stakeholders.•\tAlign plans with SteCo objectives and decisions.•\tAssess, escalate, and take action on critical risks and issues.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelor’s degree in engineering, Master's degree preferred.\tMinimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on product development in agile manner.\tProven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.\tStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams and Knowledge on industrial automation.(DCS)\tExcellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\tProficiency in project management tools and software, such as Azure Devops or equivalent and Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
