Responsibilities Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans Establish and communicate the annual calendars for Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) Facilitate PI Planning, PI retrospectives, System / Solution Demos, ART sync or Solution Train Sync within a multi-contractor federal portfolio Coach Executive leadership, Product Owners and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets, clarifying roles and responsibilities and offering motivation and support, as necessary Escalate and track impediments Facilitate collaboration, negotiation, and mediation according to SAFe Agile principles Establish a constructive working relationship with the Product Owners/managers, Development team, Stakeholders and Sponsors Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and Solution Train, and help them improve. Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ years as a release train engineer leading scrum of scrum/team of teams/PI planning/etc Scrum Master background Hands on SAFe experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required, SAFe 5.x RTE highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business management or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience of managing agile delivery teams (or 10 years of experience with no degree) Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation Estimated Salary/Wage USD $165,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $175,000.00/Yr.
