We are looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to take charge of our Agile Release Train (ART) and drive continuous improvement using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles. Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate ART Processes: Release Train Engineer will lead the Agile Release Train, ensuring all Agile teams operate in sync and deliver high-quality results within established timelines * Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on SAFe practices, driving a culture of continuous learning and improvement * Program Increment (PI) Planning: Plan, execute, and follow up on PI events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient resource allocation * Risk Management: Identify and resolve risks and dependencies that could impede progress, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders * Project Management: As a Release Train Engineer, you will collaborate with program and portfolio management to ensure all deliverables align with organizational goals and deadlines * Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics to measure progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements in team velocity and quality
