Release Train Engineer - Digital

Job Description
A healthcare client is seeking a true Release Train Engineer to sit remote. As an RTE, this person is going to be supporting one specific portfolio out of 4 and partnering with 3 other RTEs. This person needs to have experience managing 2 release trains and managing about 8 scrum teams. These teams are very self sufficient and do not have any scrum masters. This RTE needs to have tons of SAFe experience as well as very well versed in Agile. This RTE will be joining a digital team, so previous digital experience is a must, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality products.

Skills and Requirements
7-10+ years of experience working as a Release Train Engineer
Experience facilitating PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos
Experience collaborating with Scrum Teams for effective execution
Has previously led large teams
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Certifications: SAFe 6.0/ RTE Cert/ Agile Cert
Previous experience working in a digital organization null
