If so, the Missile and Fire Control Agility Transformation Office has an opportunity which you may be interested in pursuing. We are growing our office and are looking for a talented individual which can execute the role of Product Orchestrator/Release Train Engineer to support one of our mission-critical programs.

The Product Orchestrator/Release Train Engineer is a servant leader and coach responsible for facilitating release train events and helping the release train deliver value to the organization. They facilitate communication among the release train, portfolio and program managers and teams. They coordinate cross-team planning and execution, embrace and encourage the adoption of lean-agile principles and values, and help teams continuously improve. They are also often key in the agile transformation and help to coach leaders and teams.

For a level 4, we typically look for a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree, or equivalent experience/combined education.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience with project management & solution delivery
Active DOD Secret clearance
Possess one or more Agile or SAFe certification(s)
Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management Tools (JIRA, JIRA Hive, VersionOne, etc).
Experience using Microsoft 365 and various tools
Understands the foundations of Agile and SAFe and embodies an Agile mindset
Desired Skills:
Experience working with engineers and product managers
5 years of experience as Product Orchestrator or Release Train Engineer in a scaled agile environment
3 year of experience as a Scrum Master or another Agile leadership role
Practical experience coordinating mission-critical products within a scaled engineering environment
Guides individuals in the Agile Release Train (ART) to a clear understanding of processes and approaches
Ability to manage program level risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions and help remove impediments
Facilitates/Directs discussions to achieve agreement among involved parties Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
Has the ability to think on their feet; can quickly analyze a situation, guide the conversation, and organize the team around a solution
Creates an environment of mutual influence
Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and relationship management expertise
Experience in Aerospace or Defense
Proven and in-depth understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices
Comfortable presenting to all levels (teams to leadership); uses tools and techniques to keep the participants interested and engaged
Delivers messages with tact; demonstrates sensitivity regarding how message is received
Nurtures the team’s understanding of Agile principles and practices through use of multiple tools and techniques
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
