Kforce has a client that is looking for an onsite (5 days a week) Release Train Manager in Juno Beach, FL. Key Responsibilities: * Release Train Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of the Agile Release Train (ART), ensuring multiple Agile teams work in alignment to achieve project goals, deadlines, and quality standards * Program Increment (PI) Planning: Facilitate PI planning sessions, ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and business objectives; Help teams define deliverables and goals for each PI * Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between multiple Agile teams, stakeholders, and leadership, fostering open communication and ensuring smooth coordination for successful delivery * Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the delivery of the release, ensuring that the ART can resolve blockers quickly and effectively * Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of Agile processes within the ART; Facilitate retrospectives and process reviews, encouraging teams to improve their workflows and delivery methods * Metrics and Reporting: Track ART progress through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity, release cadence, and quality metrics; Provide regular updates to leadership on the ART's progress, challenges, and improvements * Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with business stakeholders, product owners, and other leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and scope changes * Team Leadership: Support Scrum Masters and Agile teams by coaching and providing guidance on Agile principles, practices, and ceremonies; Ensure that teams remain focused on achieving their objectives and meeting commitments * Release Management: Oversee the coordination of releases, ensuring that product features are integrated, tested, and delivered on time with minimal disruption
