Reliability Analyst

We’re looking for Reliability Analyst in Aggreko Will be responsible for assessing and improving the reliability, availability, and maintainability of systems, processes, or products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and maintenance, to ensure efficient performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to reduce failures or disruptions.

What you’ll do:

Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally.

Organise travel, including booking transportations and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations and cost reporting.

Controlling and ordering office supplies, managing messages and other correspondence.

Support all departments with administrative or organising tasks, etc.

Diary Management, collation of presentations, prepare/maintain records of agenda and minutes.

Data management including updating of invoices/PO into the relevant system.
 

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

2-4 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally in a technical environment.

Strong attention to detail with accuracy in managing data, reports, and documentation.

Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
