Reliability Engineer
Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Job Description

The Reliability Engineer is responsible for evaluating the reliability of assigned site equipment, components, and manufacturing processes by using engineering methodologies and tools. This role focuses on providing root cause analysis to identify equipment problems, recommend and implement maintenance solutions, and provide education and training to keep technical assets running smoothly.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1 Year(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Omaha, Nebraska.

Work Environment

- Schedule: Work what needs to be worked to get the job done. No fixed schedule, approximately 40 hours a week depending on needs. - Regional position with occasional travel to other facilities, potentially twice a quarter starting in 2025. - Large manufacturing facility (almost 500k square feet) producing sheet metal for shelving units seen in retail stores like Walmart or Target. - Older building and equipment; the environment is noisy due to fabrication and manufacturing lines. - Office spaces located above the manufacturing floor for easy access. - Engineers will spend most of their time on the floor, working alongside production support and on projects to modernize and innovate equipment.
