Job Description

The Reliability Engineer specializing in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) will play a pivotal role in improving the reliability and efficiency of our sterile manufacturing equipment (Grade A/B/C/D).

This position involves implementing and running TPM strategies to minimize downtime, increase equipment performance and extend the lifecycle of our assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, maintenance practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement TPM programs to ensure equipment reliabilityRoot Cause Analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures and chronic issuesCollaborate with multi-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize maintenance processesAnalyze performance data to identify trends, predict failures and develop proactive maintenance strategiesProvide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on TPM toolsDevelop and maintain documentation, including One Point Lessons, Work Instructions and maintenance plans, based on failure dataMonitor and report on key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to equipment reliability and maintenance effectivenessLead and participate in TPM workshops, kaizen events, and other continuous improvement activitiesCoordinate on-site third-party service providers and contractors if needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a reliability engineering or maintenance role, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in using maintenance management software and data analysis tools.Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities.Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP)
