Focus on enhancing equipment uptime and maintenance strategies to ensure equipment integrity across Manufacturing and Packaging buildings.

Job Requirements:

Experience with equipment reliability, not validation Strong understanding of SDM production and packaging equipment Knowledge of HVAC systems, utilities, and clean room standards Familiarity with failure analysis and corrective action implementation Expertise in regulatory compliance related to maintenance activities

Preferred Skills:

Experience in writing and updating SOPs, maintenance manuals, and equipment specifications Ability to develop maintenance plans for both internal staff and contractors Knowledge of root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop maintenance plans for repairing, maintaining, and testing systems such as production/packaging equipment, HVAC, utilities, and clean rooms Conduct failure analysis to improve equipment reliability and recommend replacements as needed Write, update, and approve technical documentation, including SOPs and specifications Support root cause identification for equipment failures and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for all maintenance activities

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
