Job Summary
Seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead technical studies, evaluate design concepts, and implement methods to achieve product reliability standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE) Proficiency in statistical process control procedures Experience in conducting risk analysis studies for new designs and processes Strong knowledge of performance report compilation and process control analysis

Preferred Skills

Experience with mathematical modeling to identify high-risk units, batches, or processes Familiarity with environmental testing and sampling for statistical validity Knowledge of reliability engineering standards in line with company, customer, and governmental objectives

Job Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate technical reliability studies and design of experiments (DOE) constructs Recommend design or test methods and statistical control procedures to achieve product reliability Perform risk analysis of new designs and processes Analyze performance reports, process control statistics, and investigate variables affecting reliability Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards Develop reliability engineering programs and mathematical models to improve system or process reliability Determine environmental testing requirements and minimum sample sizes for valid data analysis

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
