What You'll Do Analyzing Equipment Failure Data: Identify and solving problems related to the reliability of equipment. Analyze data related to equipment failures to understand patterns and trends Conducting Root Cause Analysis: Investigate the root and develop corrective actions to prevent similar problems in the future PM/PdM Optimization: Work with the maintenance team to develop and optimize maintenance plans Support Maintenance Supervisors: Analyze data and identify a potential issue, then collaborate with a maintenance supervisor to implement preventive measures Develop Maintenance Strategies: Create strategies to reduce downtime by implementing effective maintenance practices Create/Keep Equipment Criticality List by developing risk matrix Leads/Develops/Executes improvement projects What You'll Need Bachelor degree in Mechanical (ME), Civil(CE) or Aeronautical (AE) Strong analytical, critical thinking & organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to identify and implement process improvements Able to work well and efficiently in teams and cross-functional activities CMMS experience - SAP a plus Specific knowledge of hydraulics a plus Minimum 3 years field experience in heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing environment preferred Your Education
