Job Description

CACI's Mastodon Design team in Rochester, NY specializes in designing and building hardware and software to meet our customers’ next requirement. We focus on offering devices that can be fielded immediately to meet the mission needs that lie directly ahead. Size, weight, power, and packaging are of paramount importance in everything we design and build. Our expertise allows us to rapidly provide these solutions in specialized electronic/mechanical design, embedded & applicationlevel software, reverse engineering & protocol analysis, and RF signals exploitation and communications systems. Successful candidates must be willing and able to obtain a security clearance and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

We are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team and work on the TLS BCT Manpack program. This position will have the opportunity to do the following:

Responsible for managing/supporting select TLS Program Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS) tracking and deliveries.Develop, maintain, and coordinate revisions for product support documents including technical orders (T.O.), drawings, level of repair analysis reports, provisioning analysis, and reliability, maintainability, and availability reports to ensure compliance with DoD policies and regulation.Support TLS Manpack Warehouse activities as needed.Communicate logistics relate program status formally and informally to the customer.


Responsibilities:

Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize logistics efficiency.Creating and managing Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA)report.Supporting Failure Reporting and Corrective Actions (FRACAS) TLS Program activitiesCreating and supporting Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and reportingSupports customer fieldlings as required to ensure program success.Perform, support, and sustain logistics functions to include system fault analysis, life cycle maintenance, and integral product support (IPS) of major systems.Develop and provide logistics packages include the Provisioning Parts List and Acquisition and Sustainment Data Package Technical ReportWork internally to identify and mitigate logistics related program risk


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experienceTravel: Up to 10% or more, including potential for international travelFamiliarity with tactical communications networks, signals intelligence collection equipment and electronic warfare operations.Presentation experience with internal and external customersStrong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

Experience with Mastodon ProductsExperienced in working with the Army/DoD programs.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within a rapidly growing business and evolving organization.Military service/background, preferred.This position may require the candidate to be able to obtain a security clearance.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
