Job Description
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for evaluating the reliability of site equipment, components, and manufacturing processes using engineering methodologies and tools. This role focuses on providing root cause analysis to identify equipment problems, recommending and implementing maintenance solutions, and providing education and training to keep technical assets running smoothly.

The work environment includes a flexible work schedule with a casual dress code and a laid-back atmosphere. The position is regional, requiring occasional travel to support other facilities. The manufacturing facility is quite large, almost 500,000 square feet, with older equipment that can be noisy due to fabrication and manufacturing lines. Office spaces are located above the manufacturing floor for easy access. The Engineers will spend most of their time on the floor, collaborating with production support and working on projects to modernize equipment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00
