Reliability Engineer
Seeking a Reliability Engineer in the Twin Cities! Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team in the industrial sector. The Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our industrial equipment and systems. This position involves analyzing performance data, identifying potential reliability issues, and implementing solutions to enhance overall system performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct reliability analysis and testing on industrial equipment and systems. + Develop and implement reliability improvement plans for industrial processes. + Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. + Collaborate with design, maintenance, and operations teams to enhance equipment reliability. + Monitor and analyze reliability data to identify trends and areas for improvement. + Create and maintain reliability documentation and reports. + Provide technical support and guidance to other departments on reliability-related matters. + Participate in design reviews and provide input on reliability considerations for industrial projects. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). + Proven experience in reliability engineering within the industrial sector. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software. + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: + Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. + Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CRE, CMRP). + Experience with reliability testing methods and tools specific to the industrial industry. + Familiarity with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
