Reliability Engineer

Description

The position will be responsible for providing system-level reliability analyses, coordination, planning, guidance, and support to project teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle. The candidate would ensure that the corresponding customers’ and stakeholders’ reliability requirements and expectations are satisfied in a high quality, trustworthy, cost efficient, and schedule compliant manner throughout a system’s entire life cycle. In addition, the candidate would be able to demonstrate consistently good judgment, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $122000.00/yr.

401k. Will match 100% of the first 5% contributed
Vacation/Sick PTO (hours vary). Can also go negative 80 hours (40 vacation/40 sick if you haven’t accrued enough time)
Several staff events/employee appreciation days throughout the year
