Oversee and execute reliability, maintainability, and system safety activities, ensuring compliance with program requirements and managing reliability personnel.
Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability analysis (FMECA, FRACAS, FMEA) Minimum 5 years of experience with HALT, HASS, and BIT demonstrations Minimum 5 years of experience conducting trend analysis Minimum 5 years of experience presenting reliability and maintainability metrics to management and customers Minimum 5 years of experience supporting reliability and maintainability activities for military products Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Strong written and oral communication skills Preferred Skills: Experience with logistics and system safety for military products Ability to solve complex problems using ingenuity, innovation, and statistical reasoning Previous experience in technical team leadership Field maintenance experience on aircraft Active Secret clearance preferred Job Responsibilities: Lead execution of reliability, maintainability, and system safety tasks for the Apache M-TADS/M-PNVS and LBFCR programs Manage reliability personnel and oversee execution of reliability tasks, including FRACAS, failure review boards, corrective actions, predictions, FMECAs, BIT development, HALT, HASS, and BIT demonstrations Provide reliability and maintainability status updates in weekly/monthly program reviews and Corrective Action Boards (CABs) Coordinate with system safety personnel on hazard analyses, including functional hazard, subsystem, and system hazard assessments Develop and present reliability metrics for management and customer reviews Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives, identifying failure trends, implementing solutions, and tracking impacts Mentor and develop junior staff in reliability and maintainability engineering practicesPay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
