Our Bagdad operations in Arizona offers housing at a subsidized rate, a family-friendly atmosphere and numerous amenities including an aquatic center, golf course and fitness center. Located 100 miles northwest of Phoenix, Bagdad is home to the world's first commercial - scale concentrate leach processing facility, as well as one of the longest continuously operating solvent extraction/electrowinning plants in the world.  Visit the Bagdad town website (https://bagdadaztown.com/) to learn more. **What You Will Do** + Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies. + Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment. + Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures. + Reports on Key Performance Indices. + Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports. + Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement. + Perform other duties as required. **What You Bring To Freeport** + Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline with no experience required. + Working knowledge of MSOffice suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project + Knowledge and understanding of good engineering practices and principles. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Self-starter with solid integrity. + Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality. **Preferred Qualifications** + ​​​​​Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering + Completion of Reliability Engineering courses + SMRP or CMRP Certification + Six Sigma experience or Certification **What We Offer You** The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  **$76,000-$104,000.**  This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
