Summary: Under general supervision, the Reliability Engineer II will be responsible for tracking and monitoring the reliability and production of the plant or fleet. The position provides technical expertise and guidance to implement engineering solutions, strategies, and best practices to enhance overall operational reliability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Reliability Engineer II will lead brainstorming and problem-solving sessions to address departmental challenges * Research and recommend proven external solutions for similar issues * Implement lessons learned and best practices from other sites and external sources at the department level * As a Reliability Engineer II, you will influence and drive changes in operational behavior and processes within the department * Conduct observations, reporting, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement * Collaborate with the Senior Innovation Engineer to develop and execute improvement initiatives * Perform additional duties as required
