\n\nAs a Lab Manager & Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing our laboratory operations and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of our products. Combining your expertise in laboratory management and reliability engineering, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the lab while driving initiatives to enhance product reliability. Your responsibilities will include managing lab resources, coordinating testing activities, analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reliability issues. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. With your passion for continuous improvement and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will contribute significantly to the reliability and success of our product portfolio. You will report directly to our Hardware Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

\nIn this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall reliability and performance of our products. Your expertise in laboratory management will ensure efficient and effective testing processes, while your reliability engineering skills will fortify our products against vulnerabilities. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will establish a proactive and integrated approach to product development. Through comprehensive reliability testing, including accelerated life testing, analysis of product failure data, and implementation of corrective actions, you will significantly enhance the overall reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
