What You Will Be Doing
As the Associate Level Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors in the execution of reliability analysis activities for production, development, and sustainment efforts. You will play a key role in driving reliability growth and ensuring technical accuracy and credibility of reliability allocations, predictions, and analyses.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Executing Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) activities
• Developing Reliability Growth models using flight test results
• Ensuring technical accuracy and credibility of Reliability Allocations, FMECAs, HALT, and BIT analysis
• Supporting failure investigations and root cause/corrective action identification
• Developing and implementing spares modeling calculation methodologies
• Conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts
• Participating in detailed design activities, program reviews, and supplier support
• Preparing and delivering presentations to Program Management and customers

This position is located in Orlando, FL Discover Orlando
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Strong technical background with Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in engineering or engineering Technology fields and previous professional technical experience
• Knowledge and experience with Reliability Engineering design practices.
• Knowledge of and experience with implementation of Supportability Engineering practices.
• Prior experience in two or more area of reliability
o FRACAS Analysis process and driving failure investigations to root cause and corrective action.
o Reliability Prediction Analysis using Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS)/Relex or like Software.
o Reliability FMECA Process/Analysis including a general understanding of circuit design and schematics.
o BIT Development and BIT Effectivity Analysis
• Strong Computer Skills including MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships.
• Candidate should be an analytical thinker with demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovations.
• Candidate should be a self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks with little or no direction and interface well with other program disciplines.
• Experience collaborating with and working in conjunction with other functions and engineering groups to achieve desirable results
• Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers
• Demonstration of full spectrum leadership qualities
Desired Skills:
• Active Secret Clearance with Investigation in past 5 years.
• Strong technical background in electrical, mechanical, and reliability engineering concepts
• Experience with developing and delivering presentations to peers, management, and customers
• Experience using WQS/RELEX and/or other reliability assessment or analysis software such RGA, Ansys Sherlock, Tableau, etc
• Experience with statistical analysis, statistical process control and/or statistical software.
• Experience with Missile Systems.
• Experience in leading team tasking/leading multi-functional technical teams
• Familiar with EVMS and cost account management
