You will be the Reliability Engineering E&T Manager for the Apache Program Integrated Technical Operations Center (ITOC) and Testability/Development Team. Our team is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations to achieve company, customer, and governmental agency reliability objectives.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Engineering E&T Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 12-17 individuals in supporting the AFC program and performing ITOC tasks. You will oversee the development and implementation of reliability engineering programs, ensuring that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating ITOC tasks, including monitoring field activities, communicating with engineering teams, and analyzing trends to identify system improvements
• Developing, coordinating, and conducting technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts
• Compiling and analyzing performance reports, investigating variables affecting product and process reliability, and proposing design changes to improve system reliability
• Performing Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) on current and developmental hardware
• Supporting and presenting at customer venues on Reliability, Testability, Maintainability, and ITOC topics
• Overseeing the modernization of the ITOC and defining/leading demonstrations to senior leadership

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or technical discipline
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service oriented
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Experience in manpower planning and project execution
• Ability to interface with a variety of information technology applications to create purchase requirements and to extract data
• Ability to review data and statuses to derive trends
• Ability to prepare technical information in a presentation and pitch to senior level management and/or customers
• Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and current modeling tools and techniques
• Experience interacting with Senior level management and internal/external customers
• Candidate must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and employees
• Strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented towards project management
• Experience with AH-64 Apache sensors maintenance activities and operations
Desired Skills:
• Former Army AH64D/E Maintenance Test Pilot
• Experience with AH-64 Apache sensors maintenance activities and operations
• Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks
• Strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented towards project management.
• Previous internship or work study program with DoD contractor or military affiliation
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
