Reliability Tech - 1st shift

Pay Range: $34.50.xx - $39.00 per hour

Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6pm – 6am

Responsibilities:

Assist with the improvement of the asset catalog, preventative maintenance optimization, and scheduling of correctivemaintenance; write specifications, procedures, and test programs for reliability testing and characterizationPrepare technical reports, document test results, and assist in selection of new reliability equipmentAssemble and lead cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement) to support a widevariety of reliability improvement opportunities in the plant and act as a team resource for all types of breakdownsApply various reliability principles such as Asset Strategy Improvement (ASI), Operating Envelope (OE), Failure Modes& Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Motor Circuit Analysis, various infrared thermography routes,structure and air bourn ultrasound routes, motor testing, vibration analysis, oil analysis, precision lubrication,and precision alignmentResolve specific reliability issues and drive reliability improvements that support allareas of the plantInstall, move, remove, repair, and troubleshoot equipmentWork in a safe manner and report anyunsafe conditions or practicesOther duties as assigned
