Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, support, and solutions related to their moving and storage needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
+ Provide detailed information about our moving and storage services, pricing, and policies.
+ Assist customers with scheduling and coordinating their moves, including providing estimates and booking services.
+ Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
+ Follow up with customers post-move to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
+ Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the moving and storage industry.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Tech Savy Individual.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
