Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relocation Coordinator to join Compass Group’s Compensation team. This role will be responsible for administering and managing compensation programs, supporting daily compensation-related activities, such as, responding to compensation queries, as well as preparing and distributing reports The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, customer service, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. This role involves corresponding with a variety of stakeholders across the company.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and facilitate the relocation process for employees
+ Serve as primary point of contact for external Relocation vendor and collections agency
+ Co-lead integration of relocation claw backs and notifications into HR systems
+ Work with HR leadership and HR teams to improve relocation process
+ Facilitate relocation trainings when needed
+ Evaluate and lead changes to current collections process
+ Initiate relocation requests, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring smooth communication and processing through the Relocation Management Company
+ Serve as primary point of contact for transferring associates, managers and HR partners, addressing queries and ensuring timely responses
+ Develop efficient relocation reporting practices and deliverables; produce regular and ad hoc relocation reports for Leadership and HR
+ Maintain accurate records of all relocation requests and approvals
+ Complete monthly reporting for Compensation department
+ Provide support for day-to-day activities related to compensation programs through system administration
+ Interface with enterprise data warehouse systems to support department (such as SuccessFactors and SAP)
+ Prepare and develop regular and ad hoc relocation reports for leadership and HR
+ Participate in compensation-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
+ Experience in compensation coordination or a related HR role
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate’s degree or comparable experience required
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Must have a minimum of two years of business and customer service experience in data entry
