REMAP - Pharmacovigilance Technican
Job Description The individual will be joining the Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance department of an animal health pharmaceutical company. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to provide customer support for technical service inquiries and complaints from consumers and determine which inquiries will need additional support. The individual must follow compliance requirements to ensure that all reported complaints, adverse drug experiences, product quality complaints, and questions are processed properly. This Pharmacovigilance Technician will develop technical expertise with the product portfolio. Additionally, the technician must show strong documentation skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have bachelor's degree in a related field, customer service experience, and a strong passion to support the animal health industry.
