We zijn op zoek naar een Remediation Administrative Specialist om ons team te komen versterken in Terneuzen, Nederland.

De rol als Remediation Administrative Specialist is een combinatie van Office Professional en Admin Support. Als primaire verantwoordelijkheid geef je administratieve ondersteuning van de Environmental Remediation & Restoration (ER&R) groep in Terneuzen en van de ER&R groep in EMEAI, Asia-Pacific en Latijns Amerika en secundair als Office Professional geef je ondersteuning in Terneuzen. 

Verantwoordelijkheden

Het bijhouden van ENFOS, financiële software tool. In deze tool moet de Purchase Orders beheerd worden almede de rekeningen t.a.v. de PO’’s en het “voor-goedkeuren” van rekeningen. Ook zullen diverse admin taken voor de tool bijgehouden moeten worden. Hierbij hoort ook order management. Ook binnen SAP het Aaanmaken / wijzigen van Purchase Requisitions, maken van Service Entry Sheets (SES), het bijhouden van Purchase Orders (PO) zolang ze actief zijn.Trainen van Vendors in ENFOSKantoor support taken zoals bestellen kantoor materialen en PBM’s, coördinatie van activiteiten (bijv. verhuizingen, vergaderingen, lunches, etc).Document Management. Archiveren van rapporten, digitaliseren van rapporten en bijhouden van record retentie van documenten en de document Sharepoint.SharePoint administratieFaciliteren / oplossen van diverse Purchase Order en Invoice issues door overleg met de diverse afdeling die verantwoordelijk zijn voor orders en betalingen en met de Vendors. Het bijhouden van diverse databases (e.g. veiligheidsuren, compliance taken, calibraties) en apparaat inventarisaties.Registratrie van grondwater en analytische gegevens van Terneuzen in een database.Het initiëren van MOC’s (Management of Change)Aanmelden van nieuwe bezoekers / contractors 

Kwalificaties

Minimaal een MBO-4 diplomaJe bent vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

Jouw Vaardigheden

Kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel en Powerpoint) Bereidheid tot het leren van nieuwe software Affiniteit met Adminstratieve taken Basis kennis van SAP met betrekking tot maken / wijzigen van Purchase Requisitions, maken van Service Entry Sheets is een plus.Bij voorkeur heb je basis kennis van SharePoints. Bijhouden van toegangsrechten en aanmaken van folders etc.
